Firefighting Damage in Kitchen

This home in Glendale, AZ was no match for the damage the fire and firefighters created in the kitchen. The fire was in the attic which is why all the insulation had come down into the kitchen.

If the roof is not on fire then the firefighters have to search for the fire by puncturing the ceiling from the inside. The gaping holes in the ceiling were caused somewhat by the stove fire, but also because the firefighters needed to find the migration of the fire.
